Users must ensure that the information they submit is accurate, lawful, and not intentionally misleading.
Users are responsible for conducting their own checks before relying on any listing or communicating with another user.
Before making a payment, accepting a job offer, purchasing a product, hiring a service provider, or entering into any agreement, users should independently verify the relevant person, business, product, service, documents, credentials, and other information.
We strongly recommend that users do not send advance payments or share passwords, OTPs, banking credentials, card information, or other sensitive information with unknown persons.
Some listings, profiles, or accounts may display a verification or similar status.

Users must not use Callboystore to publish or promote content or activities that violate applicable laws or these Terms.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Fraudulent or scam advertisements
False or misleading listings

Content intended to facilitate unlawful activity
Phishing, malware, or malicious software

We may restrict, remove, disable, or refuse listings or accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or our Platform policies.
Callboystore does not guarantee that every listing is accurate, complete, current, authentic, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Because listings are submitted by users and third parties, information may change or may contain errors.
Users should verify important information directly with the relevant advertiser before taking action.
Callboystore does not participate in transactions between users.
We do not control or guarantee:
The quality or condition of products
The performance of services
The accuracy of business information
The authenticity of advertisements
The identity or credentials of advertisers
Payment or delivery
Employment arrangements
The completion of agreements between users
Any transaction or agreement is made at the user’s own discretion and risk, subject to rights and protections available under applicable law.
If you believe that a listing is fraudulent, misleading, illegal, inappropriate, or otherwise violates these Terms, you can report it through the available Report Ad, Report Fraud, or contact mechanism provided on the Platform.
When submitting a report, users should provide sufficient information to help us understand the concern.
We may review reported content and, where appropriate, take action such as requesting additional information, restricting visibility, removing or disabling access to content, suspending an account, or taking other appropriate measures.
Where applicable law provides a specific procedure or timeframe for handling a complaint or removal request, we will follow the applicable legal requirements.
We reserve the right to review and take appropriate action regarding content that appears to violate these Terms, our policies, or applicable law.
Depending on the circumstances, action may include:

To the extent applicable to Callboystore, the Platform may seek to rely upon protections available to an intermediary under applicable Indian law, including Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, subject to the applicable statutory conditions and due-diligence requirements.
Callboystore does not adopt or endorse user-submitted listings merely because those listings are made available through the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any responsibility or liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
To operate and secure the Platform, we may maintain certain account, technical, security, and listing-related information in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
